I have been taking this supplement for a long while. It digests well and seems to be doing what it is supposed to.

Outstanding quality! Made from Lane which is actually way better than synthetic or any other weird thing that they do with some vitamins feel looking for high-quality look no further you will feel the difference.

It’s hard to find a low dose of D3. I like the 400 units. Most of what is offered in stores are mega doses. I haven’t tried them yet, so I didn’t give the product 5 stars. I like this brand and have been happy in the past.

I like that thess are small - easy to swallow

I have the start of osteoporosis and my doctor suggested that I take a Vitamin D everyday. I went to a health store and was told this product was very good for the vitamin d intake. Since then I have been taking it everyday and I have found it cheaper here on Amazon and more quantity than I found at the health store.
