Ingredients:Soy Sauce ( Soy Protein Hydrolyzed , Water , Salt , Corn Syrup , Caramel ) , Onions , Garlic , Sugar , Monosodium Glutamate , Ginger , Paprika Nutrition: 1 carb, 1220mg of sodium (most meat marinades are high in sodium to tenderize the meat). I have used Dales for years. Always a good product. The soy is a prdominate flavor.

Q: How long would you marinate venison to make jerky ?

Mark,I do not have a specific answer to this. But I did discover that it made a significant difference when I marinated for two days versus my normal two hours on chicken (specifically thighs). In the lighter colored meat the penetration was obvious. I would suggest that it will take some experimenting as the Dale's starts to reflect its taste and it might take away from the venison if you leave it too long.

Q: What is the shelf life

Not for sure, but I’m guessing about 10 months. The bottles from the last order I received back in October 2017, have an expiration date of August 2, 2018. We’ve only used about 4 bottles in that time, so I wouldn’t order more than six bottles. And we use it for all steaks and burgers (at least 4-6 times per month).
