240 Eco Plus Whipped Cream Chargers (10 boxes Eco Plus 24) N2O nitrous oxide - Whip Cream fresh

Was a strange taste and residue and were the purist ones. Came super fast but would suggest spending an extra dollar or two since after a while the weird taste and grey residue makes the great deal kinda not so great. I have gone back to creamright since they have a sweet taste not a metal taste to them.

We have a couple of ISI whip cream chargers. In the past, we have mainly used the ISI cartridges. We decided to try the Purist cartridges because of the big price discount. Based on about 15 cartridges used so far, we've had perfection operation. The ISI cartridges were sometimes difficult to puncture, requiring pliers and a protective wrap to tighten the cap enough to penetrate the cartridge. So far, all the Purist cartridges have penetrated easily and have fully charged the dispensers.

Having tried many brands including ISI, I have found this to be the most reliable brand of chargers. Considering most of my "cream" work is with coconut cream as opposed to dairy based cream, I can tell you this reliably has enough pressure and enough body to support that thickness. Additionally, this works very well for non-dairy, cashew based fillings.

After reading some of the other reviews I am surprised. There was a foul residue that was noticable in the icing I was making. Black marblized streaks with an axil grease smell/taste. I had to throw away several batches. I cleaned all the parts, and tried just putting in cartridge and wasted it to see what this substance was. Low and behold, my canister had "gobs" of black grease in it that smelled like car tires. Not all of them were like that but at least half were. Very frustrating when making larger batches of baked goods for the office. Even one strongly effects taste.

Usually really good, but the last batch came in all broken boxes and put a strange taste in the whipped cream.

These are the best out of the many I've tried. These dont leave near as much oil/material in your canister after going through a box. I believe it's important to spend the extra money for these so that the oil junky material isn't introduced to your body.

The price per box even after the high shipping cost is the best value I've found for anything less than a whole case of 24 boxes. The quality is not that of ISI but these will certainly get the job done. Good product at a great value.
