It takes up less space on the counter by being nice & tall. My warning is that if you put the bottom shelf all the way as low as possible the drain tray wont fit underneath. I didnt feel like taking it apart again to change the height of the shelf so it sits a little funky. Other than that I'm hoping it will last a few years, the metal feels a little thin. But it's hard to tell this early how well it will hold up.

I have a very small counter, and not much counter space to begin with. I always had a rack in the 2nd sink and a towel on the counter for all my other dishes that couldn't fit. This rack is great! It takes up the same counter space as a normal rack, but the tiers give you so much more space. I was able to free up my 2nd sink.It is so easy to assemble, the instructions were easy to follow, and I didn't have any missing pieces. The racks are adjustable so you can customize the height to fit what you need. The feet are adjustable so you can get the right balance for uneven surfaces. The catch pan slides right out of the front easily for quick drainage, and the pan itself holds a decent amount. The attachable hooks are nice to hang a dish rag, straw brush, large utencils, anything that hangs, but I wouldn't put anything too heavy because it's a thick plastic piece. I was even able to take the utencils bin from my old in-sink drying rack and hang it off the side of the rack. It hangs in just enough so it drains into the pan.There are SO MANY slots in the top rack, 20 to be specific. The middle rack has slots for 10 bowls. I can fit an 18 oz. cup under while being able to easily place bowls on the middle rack. The bottom rack is large enough to place a "12-inch" (which flares out to probably 14" or 15") pan successfully, with room for a couple cups.

Pots and pans won’t be able to fit once the other dishes atleta on. However, I can fit all of the dishes that my family uses and we’re a family of 7.

Very sturdy. Relatively easy to assemble. Works as intended. Didn’t use the drying tray as I already have a drying mat on the counter so I just used that.I have a dishwasher that I use for most of my dishes but I needed a dish rack for hand wash items that were not standard shapes/sizes but could fit on a small counter. The two-tier dish rack was perfect for my needs.

It turned out better than I imagined. I was able to adapt the racks to fit my needs. It is stardy and nice looking.

Amazing. I love it. Very sturdy, a lot of space to put the dishes. Good draining. Just be careful about the height of the item. If you have low kitchen cabinets then it won't fit. Other than that it's excellent .

We use this commercially, in our Resteraunt. We have searched for years for a high capacity rack that doesn’t just fall apart and break, and this is finally it. This is the same technology as every other wire and post shelving system, just at about half scale. We’ve wondered for a while why no one has bothered to design a decent rack, and this is, so far, about all we’ve found.
