These really knocked the hell out of my blood pressure. Be careful if you're taking meds for your BP, there may be an interaction. I bought these to normalize my Hematocrit, but I haven't been retested yet.

I have not used this product for very long - about 2 weeks, but I have not been taking it every day either, so my review is just based on the days in which the product was taken. On those days I felt full and less hungry but the jury is still out on the long term benefits (which I hope to receive).

I would describe this product as adequate but not excellent. The 300 mg dose is inferior to the 500 mg dosage of Swanson health company. However this product was available when the Swanson product was temporarily not. Narongin Is a bioflavonoid which can affect and reduce blood that is too thick. This is one of its unique Qualities which is relatively unknown

Great product. I take a medication that increases my hematocrit, and it is unsafe to let it get too high. This product helps me keep my hematocrit levels within normal limits.
