I am a personal trainer and use these with my clients all the time. The different resistances are perfect to use on any age or fitness level. You could use them for anything from pilates, resistance training, stretching, and physical therapy rehab exercises. The bands are made of sturdy material. I use them every day !

I love this bands a lot. I don't have time to go to gym every day because I work and go to school full time. So, I work out at home every day. These bands were awesome addition to my workouts. They help me get a good workout from home. You have six different levels of resistence so you can build up your workout. You don't need to buy harder level separate which is really nice. I noticed that after using first one for more than a week I was ready to move on to next one (thanks for the color code it helps). I definitely got more flexible which was one of my goals. The quality seems really good and the price is great.

I am fairly new to using bands in my workouts but, have ordered a couple of different sets that have not worked out for me.So far this product has been exactly what I needed.The product arrived on time. The bands are of a good quality, and the resistance bands are clearly marked for levels of resistance, so I'm not stuck trying to figure out what the colors equate to in resistance levels. Koyto Sports also emailed me an exercise guide, a workout meals guide and instructions to take care of the bands, which was a nice surprise. I am very happy with this product.

I worked my way up from Light to XX-Heavy with about 3 weeks for each band, following the stretches in the included PDF. Loved it, until the XX-Heavy band snapped and slapped my eyeball after 2 weeks of daily use. Fortunately no damage done, but I'll be staying away from resistance bands from now on.

These bands are awesome! 5 bands and brief exercise pamphlet of sample exercises. The strength starts at extra light to extra heavy. I started with the "light" one and wow, the bands are really! I have to work up to medium lol. The bands are very durable. The price was even great! I've been taking my bands to the gym cuz there's never enough to go around and I just wrap it around my wrist or stick in my pocket bcuz it folds really flat.

I teach a Butts & Guts class twice a week. Since I have introduced exercises using bands my class size has grown & my members are talking about how much they enjoy using these. They also complain about being sore in a good way. The quality of these bands are excellent & the price is great!!!!!

Bands are very durable and the different resistances let you choose just the right one.

Very happy with the product. Equivalent to the bands that are used in a professional gym. And a bonus is the pdf handbook that is sent with the bands. Very happy with this purchase.

A meno di 14 euro, avere sei fasce di resistenza progressiva (da quella soft a quella xxx-resistente) è un buon acquisto di sicuro. La qualità stessa di ciascuna di essere è molto buona: sono anallergiche, dai bei colori, non danno l'impressione di potersi rompere (anche perché in quel caso probabilmente verreste fiondati contro il muro!) o logorare. Non a caso c'è la garanzia a vita.Per chi non avesse idea di come utilizzarle, il produttore nel proprio sito mette a disposizione un sacco di materiale, non solo legato agli esercizi delle varie parti del corpo ma anche al corretto stile di vita da adottare, una premura che denota attenzione verso questa branca e non solo una mera vendita che magari trova il tempo che trova per l'utente finale che crede di diventare culturista grazie a quelli che sostanzialmente sono dei elastici molto belli.La possibilità di variare la scelta dell'elastico (ognuno contrassegnato da un colore e da una scritta, ma consiglio di rifarsi alla confezione per ricordare la scala di resistenza, vedi foto) è importante per non forzare troppo la parte sollecitata da un'allenamento o dalla riabilitazione onde evitare danni peggiori...come anche per non usarne una troppo morbida, che risulterebbe inutile.Da non sottovalutare un uso alternativo per i vostri figli: sono delle ottime fionde ;)Spero davvero di essere stato chiaro e di aver aiutato a capire se queste fasce possano essere un buon acquisto per voi. Fatemelo sapere, ne sarò felice :)

Sono piuttosto soddisfatta di queste bande elastiche solo che la più leggera è davvero blanda e la più pesante non è super pesantissima, ho trovato di più resistente in giro, ma nel complesso per l utilizzo che ne faccio a casa vanno più che bene

Bandes élastiques trop fragiles et décevantes.En un mois d'utilisation alternée avec plusieures autres bandes,les 3 bandes rouge,bleue et noire sont déchirées.Le vendeur est mauvais aussi.Quand je lui ai écris,il m'a répondu qu'il est désolé pour ce qui s'est passé et qu'ils vont améliorer leur produit!C'est ce "désolé" qui est garanti à vie par ce vendeur et NON son produit.Heureusement Amazon qui réagit toujours bien,il faut le dire,qui m'a remboursé.Pour des personnes en rééducation et qui manquent de force ça peut tenir un peu,sinon je vous le déconseille.Ne vous fiez pas aux bons commentaires bidons!vous serez comme moi déçus.

De momento poco usadas pero parecen de calidad. Más adelante veré durabilidad aunque no parecen frágiles. Algunas cosas sólo el tiempo las dice
