Amazing Machines: Big Truckload of Fun

Amazing books in a fire truck pack to keep everything together. These books were my sons favorite Christmas present. Each book discusses a different machine airplanes, trains, tractors and so many more books.

It was very easy to wrap the books are a very good quality and my grandson loves to read he is going to be starting pre-K next year so it’s a really good gift

My son (3yo) loves this series so I got this set to give each book out as a party favor - great value and cheaper than buying them individually. These books are smaller than the hardback and board books I’ve seen of the same titles.

My 3 year old Grandson adores these books! I love reading them to him and they're besutifully illustrtrated!

Love this duo of authors. Great books with catchy wording and some non-fiction information for kids in a kid friendly format. Bought for a struggling reader in third grade with limited interests. Good for kindergarten through fourth depending on reading level or just level of interest. Geared towards early education level readers.

Like most toddlers, my boy is enamored with planes, trains and automobiles. More of trains and planes and a little bit less with tractors and all other means of transport. So when I picked up this set, I was sure of some of the titles and not so much of the rest. Here are our experiences from the first few days of non-stop reading.1. The Planes, trains, submarines and to a certain extent cars and boats are extremely well done. The lyric/words are well written and the images are nice and cool. There is also an ease of being able to explain some of these to the boy.2. The tractor and trucks books are a little less enjoyable because of the number of complex words, tools and items being explained and shown. I think this will be the less read books of the lot.3. The use of the same set of characters, anonymous yet associative with the rest of the books, is a good approach.4. The size of the books are just right for toddlers to be able to handle without much fuss.5. Hardcovers are well done. Not sure how long they can take a toddler abuse but it looks decent enough to hold up.6. Colors and illustrations follow similar themes and patterns across all the books which increases the kid's familiarity with all of them.Overall, for the price, it is a no-brainer. Recommended.

My son(28months) loves this pack. Almost every night he and I read all books. He seems to be happy when he read these books. He wants to tell me how much he knows the machines. It is good for him.However, it is not perfect. It is not a hardcover, so it tears easily. Anyway, it is still great.

I found one of these books at Goodwill and my son had me read it like 10xs in a row before I decided to order the whole set for him. He loves them. My older daughters 5 & 7 also like them. I only gave it a four star because the books are small. Much smaller than the single book I had purchased earlier. I like larger sizes for reading to three kids at once.

The fire engine design is very novel and easy to open to access the books.We had Terrific Trains already which my son loves so we decided to get the collection. However the versions in this collection are the US versions, so there are certain parts of the books changed to the American wordings. This is a real shame as to change one word to an Americanism the entire rhyme has to change, so the rhyms are completely different on some pages.Down rating this product as it's not promoting British English for my young one and is teaching them US English terms instead. In the United Kingdom we should be selling books written in our language. There are too many things on Amazon which are sold in the UK which are not British English.I would advise to avoid this product.

I was very disappointed to receive these to see that they were much smaller than the individual books, honestly I didn't pay much attention to the description, although I did check the dimensions and I assumed the length and width were for the books, not the whole box set itself, either way at £14.75, I'd expect them to be the full size books 😒

Great set of books my son loves them and my only criticism is that they are slightly smaller than I expected and makes it more difficult to be able to read them and show them to my son at the same time than larger books. However because of their size they are great for taking out with you as not too big to fit into a bag. The storage box they come in looks great and keeps them tidy!

Love this set. Bought several times for friends little ones. Brilliant. A must have set if books the little ones will love. Great rhyming stories

My 3.5 year old and 2 year old love it!!!! Every night they happily choose 2/3 books and we have a little read before bed.. And they don't get bored of it at all. Comes beautifully presented for a gift... And the books are a perfect size . I would definitely recommend it. From a happy mummy
