They are really cool looking, and the wife gets compliments in her medical office all the time about them. Just wish i would have know they are blue ink instead of black or there was a way to refill or swap the ink without destroying the pen

So cute. I like to be playful and get cool things to work with. Helps sometimes to cheer me up on a rough day. The product is great. It writes like a regular pen nothing special. It is all blue ink. I would have liked the color ink to match the fluid in the syringe. But that really wasn't a deal breaker for me. I am glad I purchased this item.

I bought these pens for my son's nurses, thinking they were super cute and it would be fun to have syringe pens. As it happens, the pens are beautiful and definitely fun...but they don't write well. Good as a gag gift, but don't get them if you actually need it to function.

These are great. I've have them for a few months now and they are still perfect! Wish they wrote in different colors. I hope they come back in stock soon. I was hoping to get some for Christmas presents.

Bought this for my lady. She is an RN and they are a hit in the office.
