Love Beauty and Planet Shea Butter & Sandalwood Purposeful Hydration Shampoo, 400ml

This shampoo is really great. It adds body to my fine hair. I have noticed that my hair is not breaking as easily as it did in the past.

I love this smell. My grocery store stopped carrying this scent. Glad to find it here

I love this stuff and I wish it was available in stores. I originally bought it a Walgreens. I sometimes see other products but not the Shea and Sandlewood.

If you’re looking for something that actually smells like sandalwood, keep looking. This isn’t it. It has a pleasant scent, mostly of shea butter, but not sandalwood.

I feel a little ripped off. I searched on the Love Beauty Planet website for a sulfate free shampoo that would be best for my hair type. I decided on the sandalwood scent. First off, when I used it, it smelled like cheap Pina colada. After rinsing I was able to catch a whiff of sandalwood which lingers a bit after drying. The main issue is that I rechecked the label because of the scent. The front of the label is different than the one on the website (which says sulfate free) and the ingredients listed sulfates. It seems that maybe the reason Amazon has this version is that LBP is getting rid of this version? Anyway I’ll figure out somewhere else to buy or at least check labels more carefully....

I was expecting more than one bottle given the cost and shipping weight reported.

Not a fan of the scent- I was looking for something sandalwood but it smells like straight sugar.

I love this product. It's difficult to find an ethical product that feels nice. This shampoo not only smells wonderful but feels like a luxury shampoo. It suds up easily and leaves my hair incredibly soft (even without conditioner). The product name truly is accurate. It gives me peace of mind whilst feeling like a treat for myself. Yes, it is a bit pricey but the benefits are worth it.

I love the smell of this shampoo! Its also very thick and moisturizing. It cleansed well and left my hair soft and smelling great even without conditioning.

Usually whenever I use shampoo, my hair is dry for the rest of the day, even if I use conditioner. This shampoo changed that. It's so great. I have thick hair and it's the perfect product for it.

i just tried this shampoo with the conditioner for the first time & it made my hair feel so amazingly soft! the scent is a little strong but i like it.

This shampoo seemed to work great at first. My hair was very soft and felt full and smooth but after months of continuous use I noticed major build-up and heaviness and my hair was getting oily way quicker than it used to. I noticed that my hair started falling out by the handfuls when I washed it and it literally covered my shower and my bathroom floor! I was also getting the most unusual breakouts on my forehead near my hairline and my cheeks near my jaw line and had a very strong suspicion that this was because of the shampoo so 2 weeks ago I stopped using the shampoo and everything is back to normal. My scalp isn’t oily and my hair is back to normal and my face is cleared up entirely. I’m also not losing or shedding hair like crazy anymore. I should also mention that I don’t use any other products or things in my hair and I didn’t change anything but swapped my regular shampoo for this one during this period of time which is what led me to suspect the shampoo. Not sure what went wrong here but it seems like there might be a very high build-up ingredient in this like a silicone or something of the sort. don’t give yourself the -literal- headache..
