I love their package and the gift. I just wish UPS wouldn't be changing dates to delivery but I understand seller has no control of their delivery issues. Thank you

Everyone has different tastes. Regular linguica seems always to have hard hunks of something in it. I have a sensitive stomach and I like that the texture of the sausage is all ground up. I would rate this as superior to anything else I have tried. I wish it had a little bit more "kick" to it but for me, it's the best out there.

Questionable for food safety
This arrived in a sealed container that did not seem very cool to the touch. I figured it would come in a box with blue ice or something like that. It asked that you put in the refrigerator for 8 hours? before opening itWe opened it and rinsed prior to cooking but it seemed unsafe and I couldn’t get over it. Did not eat more than a bite.I will not take chances with ordering this again. I will try to find a grocer to offer it instead.

Not very spicy
Sorry was ok tasting but not spicy at all. (I presume this is because it is labeled as "Brazilian???) I am unfortunately used to west coast Linguica which is way spicier so was disappointed. Also it is very coarsely chopped not finely ground which made it seem very fatty. Otherwise it was ok pork sausage not very different (except the grind) from what I can get here. (Live in a rural area now that is not very friendly to international cuisine LOL) This is comfort food for me my mother used to make special trips to San Leandro to get Linguica and blood sausage when we returned to California after WWII. When I was in Brazil we had some but more of a cross between the two which may have been a regional variation but that was 50 years ago LOL.
