Can't beat an American made pack of this quality.
I bought my pack direct through Crooked Horn and guess what a person in America answers the phone! Actually the company owner and designer Lennis Janzen answered the phone and answered any questions I had, we also talked hunting for a bit, which was fun. This pack is great, the material is tough as nails and water proof. The main compartment is big and will hold your gear and haul your meat out just fine. The gun bow holder is nice and secures the weapon with minimal movement. The spotting scope compartment is big, stuff an extra shirt or light jacket in there first and then the scope, might as well utilize the space in case you need the extra clothes while out on the hunt. The pack rides nicely on your back and the waist band and back pad are thick, I'm talking like an 1.5" thick, which makes it comfortable to wear all day. Can't say enough great things about the pack. The greatest thing of all is that it is MADE IN THE USA, like all Crooked Horn products!

I bought this pack based on the fact I still have the smaller one and it has held up great! Haven't got to take rhe new one on .
I purchased a smaller Crooked Horn pack 18 years ago. I bought this pack based on the fact I still have the smaller one and it has held up great! Haven't got to take rhe new one on a hunting trip yet but have done some hiking with substantial weight in it and it feels awsome. Same construction as my original and USA made!
