Overall, the quality of the case is stellar, and normally such a statement would warrant 4-5 stars. However, material quality isn’t the only factor and there are two elements that make this a “no-go” for me...First, the other reviews hinting at the touch response issues are grossly understated. It is something you could get used to if all you had to do were swipe to control the screen. However, the issue makes typing impossible (simulating the “butterfly keyboard issue” on the latest MacBooks). To type this very review, I had to remove the top face.Second, the privacy glass is nice but be prepared for about a 30% drop in light output, which will ultimately equate to faster batter drain, as you increase screen brightness in an attempt to compensate.Lastly, and not as much of a “deal-breaker”, but worth noticing... I got the blue color. It’s more of a muted blue, not a deep blue (as I had hoped).I will be returning this, unfortunately.

I bought six or seven and all of the broken easily . Definitely not wat they said it would do. I sent some back and the other I donated and went back to the old one I am using now. It was nice but know durable. I had bought those for gifts only to get them back in a few days broke.

This is a very attractive looking case that fits snugly on the iPhone 11 Pro Max. The phone feels heavier as the case covers both front and back. However, the front privacy screen is very fragile and offers little scratch resistance. Mine got a couple of noticeable scratches within a couple of days despite no drops or rough handling. And today the front screen cracked when I was trying to wipe some dust spots. So this many not last long if you actually carry it around day to day.

Didn’t like the privacy screen. It distorted the image quality of my phone with an almost grid-like matrix (I assume this was a design feature intended to make the glass side of the case more durable), and often left me straining to see the detail in the screen of my eff’ing $1100 iPhone 11max pro both in low light and bright light environments. Not to mention the added weight of the case. Cool idea, just needs some tweaks to improve the overall practical functionality of the case.

Broke the first time I dropped the phone, feels like I was dropping the phone more often with this case and of course the case broke very easily didn’t even had it on for a week.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Cheaply made. Mostly made of plastic. Can’t type and letters are missed. One drop onto my carpet floor and it shattered. The ring switch is hard to access. The case splits apart when I slide it into my pocket and/or it is dropped. Also, I got the product after 2 months of waiting. I will not be a returning customer.

Case does provide privacy. But often makes it hard to use screen functions. Wife had to keep removing screen to use phone. Eventually replaced phone case with different type.

Very good case. Works well. Easy to install. Good quality. Came fast...
