Useless. I use 6 month.

I have used it for one week. It reduced bloating and gas and lot of inches in the first 3 days itself. My stomach stopped getting bloated after a meal and stayed light all day. But it is giving me immense body heat. I am getting hot flushes, pimples on face and scalp, darkened and sensitive skin due to increased body heat and all heat related issues un body. I am trying to take it with sandalwood oil lite so that it gives cooling effect and balances the heat. I hope it works for me

After 10 days of taking it no change in inch or weight. Even having acidity problem after taking this. M a big fan of Dr. Shalini bought 2 bracelets ( amethyst n evil eyes protector) and magic drops sandlewood oil 25 ml n 15 ml both but no change since august in weight, incg, glow pigmentation nothing.... really upset...mam pl guide I love you but m loosing faith now..
