AWHA Souwester, Rain Hat - waterproof cap with wide brim and earflaps

Use this Souwester to walk the dogs across the fields in the pouring rain, which we have had so much of this year.Completely waterproof, protects my glasses, so I can see where I am going. Could not be bettered.

I purchased this product so that I can continue with my walks, come rain or shine. The wide brim made this hat an attractive choice to keep my spectacles dry whilst walking in the rain. The hat is nice quality, with a warm lining. Unfortunately it really is far too large for me - slips down covering my eyes. If it came in a smaller size which fitted better, I would have given a higher rating.

I bought this rain hat when I was on crutches as I wasn't able to use an umbrella. Although I didn't encounter heavy rain, it kept my head dry and warm. The chin straps kept the hat very securely on my head when I was out on a windy day. I can't tell how good it would be as waterproof hat in heavy rain but for normal shower, it works well. I would be definitely wearing this hat in snow too. I'm very satisfied.

Only been using this for a few days however this has been worth its weight in gold, it has stopped my head and especially neck getting soaked throughout the recent deluges.I’m really happy 😃

The hat is made of sturdy waterproof material and I love it for covering right down the back of my neck,much needed if caught in a downpour. Also, it stays on in the wind thanks to neck strap!

I wear this hat for work in the worst weather conditions in an exposed area and it is extremely warm as well as keeping me dry. The ear covers are great as is the tie which prevents it from blowing off in the wind. Really comfortable and light. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely awesome comfortable warm and waterproof plus with right coat you will looks like Paddington bear witch means you will get loads of marmalade sandwiches for free 😀

Played golf in torrential rain & my souwester rain hat kept my head beautifully warm & dry. The brim gives good visibility for golf shots too. Great product.
