UrinePlus Ultra Professional Pre-Treatment for Carpets & Rugs Removes Pet Stains & Odors Caused by Dog and Cat Urine, Feces and Vomit [aka, Urine Pro | UrinePro Plus]

Love this cleaner because it's all natural, organic and most of all does what it claims. I love being able to clean my counters with just a little of this product. It has cleaned my counters lightening quick, made my kitchen floors gleam with very little effort and most of all has been greatly beneficial in cleaning up after my headstrong and not quite potty trained corgi. The concentrate allows me to have enough cleaner to clean every surface in my house several times over- if I was so inclined. Contact with this seller has always been lightening quick and eager to please. This cleaner does not have a bunch of those reviews that end with "in exchange for an honest opinion" disclaimers. All of those reviews really make it hard to determine what is actually worth your time and money and what is artificially inflated. Amazon needs to crack down on this as it makes finding truly great items almost impossible. I use the reviews to determine 98% of my purchases and without unbiased review we all suffer. Off my soapbox now :) Buy this stuff,it's awesome.

Recently used this product on a carpet and it really does work. The smell and stain are gone. I've tried several others and this seems to have done the trick.

Applied as directed, didn't remove any stains, I might as well sprayed tap water on my affected areas.

We did as the package suggests adding the right portion of UrinePlus and water, but it didn't do the trick. We had to really use more concentrated UrinePlus to deter the dog from doing it again! So it works, just have to use more of it.

I searched for a product that could get my hardwood floors clean and odor-free. My entire first floor of my home is hardwood. But my dining room took a beating when my elderly Cocker Spaniel began to relieve himself during the day when I was at work. I often came home to long-standing urine puddles. I tried using the normal cleaning products and although they cleaned the surface, the residual odor and film remained. I contacted this company and spoke directly with the owner (unheard of in this internet-driven, self-service world) who told me about this product. I ordered it and he walked me through how to use it - very easy - and after using it, I am AMAZED at the result. The bio-film lifted away from the wood and the surface is CLEAN and odor free. I am very happy with this product and can't wait to continue using it on the rest of my floors, and maintain my floors with this product. My carpets are next, on the second floor. And his other product - QClean - will be "Go to cleaner" for the rest of my home - cabinets, appliances, etc., at a fraction of the cost of store-bought specific cleaners. Very, very happy.

DID NOT GET RID OF URIN SMELL

I purchased the Urine Plus Ultra concentrate. I have a mature small dog (8 years old) that was never potty trained properly from a previous owner. So my sweet little girl does have accidents on my hardwood floor. I started to notice a lingering smell from her urine. I tried products from the local pet supply stores with no results to remove the smell. Until now. I mixed the concentrate with water as directed. Sprayed on the hardwood, waited a few minutes and wiped down. It's magical. The lingering smell is gone. I will continue to buy this product as the dog is not going anywhere. WEll worth it !! Not expensive, product goes a long way, great deal !!

Sept 17, 2015: Not really a winner...I guess it got rid of the smell but it made a gigantic discolored spot where the pee was. Like I decided to clean up dog pee with more slightly diluted dog pee. Kind of unacceptable. I followed the directions as indicated on the packaging.UPDATE Sept. 24, 2015: I was contacted by David after my initial review, and I must say that the customer service provided in response to my review was AMAZING. David gave me some advice on treating the stains and some possible reasons why the product might have failed. Further he is sending me another batch. I am hoping that it is possible the first batch I received was fluke. Certainly there are a lot of other people on here who have had success with the product. I do appreciate that the product is eco-friendly and I do not have to worry about it regards to my dogs. Hopefully I can update after another go around with the new batch I'll be receiving (though I don't usually wish for more urine stains to clean up)
