Everyday Elegance Kitchen & Dining Chair Covers (Creamy Brown (tan))"2 pk"

I love these covers - this is the 4th cover I've tried on our new dining chairs and my favorite. They are functional (waterproof) and very easy to put on and off compared to the others I purchased. It really looks much better on my chair than the picture shows here. I only have one complaint and did not deduct a star because for me it really doesn't matter, but when you slide out of the chair, the front of the cover tends to get bunched up and I have to pull it back into place. The back has a velcro closing, but the front just hangs over the front. It doesn't come off completely, I think cause it's a looser fit and there's nothing holding the front down, it bunches up if you slide out of the seat. Other than that, I love them and highly recommend them. The color is also perfect.

The backs of our chairs attached to the back of the seat at several positions. These covers have a flap that's designed to cover the back part of the chair. If the back was only attached at the sides, this would work perfectly, but for our chairs, it doesn't work. It also wouldn't work for solid-back chairs. We just fold the flap under the seat part of the cover, and this works reasonably well. It makes it a tiny bit lumpy, so might not meet some people's standards, but we're a casual house with three kids, and we just wanted to protect our nice heirloom chairs. The back of the seat is still mostly covered by pieces that wrap around the sides and velcro together in the back. The fit is nice. They need to be readjusted somewhat regularly b/c the kids climb in and out and things slide around, but adjustments are very easy. And adult use probably wouldn't cause them to move around. They have proven to be water proof several times, and they wash well. Overall, very pleased.

These chair covers are great. They fit well around our chairs and look very nice. They protect the chairs wonderfully and can be easily spot cleaned and washed as needed.

the good thing about it is you can wash it easily but it doesn't stay on the chair I am constantly putting it back on the chair.

I've owned this now for 3 1/2 months. What junk! They bunch up on the seat, looking unattractive. sure, it has some Saran Wrap-type backing that separates from the fabric, so I guess there is some type of protection. But don't have to wash these. I'm gonna wash them by hand since my daughter spilled a glass of milk on one. That's how I discovered the backing issue. And then, the plastic is separating from the fabric at the seam. Milk and water were collecting between the fabric and plastic. What's the point? Because the fabric is NOT waterproof. Save your money!

Love, love, love these covers! I own an antique dining room set and the seats show watermark stains and you can tell they are 80 years old. I can't afford to have them all re-upholstered and have always been embarrassed when family is over for holiday meals. These fit over the chair seats so easily. Love that the backing on the covers are vinyl but the seating part is fabric. These greatly improved the look of the set and are easy on and off for care of the covers. Very happy with this purchase.

We bought a brand new dining set that has cloth seats on the chairs. We have two children, 4 and 6, who love to make a mess. We bought these to protect our invest and are not disappointed. They are easy to put on and look nice and the waterproofing works well. The only thing I don't like is they tend to shift around a lot. If they put straps (on the inside so you can't see them) that can wrap around the front two legs, they would most likely stay in place better. We are going to try this on our own, but in the meantime, we just get our children to ensure they are on correctly before sitting down. The reason I don't knock them harder for that is children tend to sit on their knees and move around a lot. These are made to look nice and stay put under normal use, which they do. If you do use them children, it's not hard to re-adjust them, takes but 1 second, so it's not a problem to me.
