5’6” 150#. Usually a medium. Bought Large as other reviews suggested. Fits great. Probably could have gone with a medium still bc I have a very small 28” waist. If you’re over 30-32” inch waist get larger so it won’t cut into you. Fabric is nice not scratchy at all.
