Star Wars Luggage Star Wars R2-d2 Pilot Case, Blue, One Size

Bought this for a trip to Mexico for our 4 yr old to pull. Plenty of space for his stuff, easy to pull and held up very well for the 10 day trip, but be aware it is not a full sized carry-on suite case. It seems sturdy and holds up well to drops, bumps and tossing. This is soft-sided with a frame, so maybe not something you want to sit on, but is durable. Handle is good height for small children and pulls out easily for them. When he got tired, I could collapse the handle and set it on top of my my carry-on roller and it was the exact height of my handle extended. Made it very easy to maneuver through the terminal with multiple bags. It also fits nicely under the seat in front of you with a little legroom left over.

The bag itself seems okay, but my issue is that the dimensions are totally wrong on the product page. I purchased this bag as the dimensions in the description are well within the limits of a "personal item" for most airlines, meaning you can bring this without paying for an additional checked or carry-on bag.Unfortunately, the actual dimensions of the bag are 20" x 12.5" x 7.5". It will fit as a carry-on, but doesn't even come close to fitting as a personal item unless you break off the feet, wheels and handles. Bag size is the primary feature I look for when buying luggage, so I wish they could get it right in the descriptions. Hopefully this review will save someone else the trouble of buying and returning one as I did.

This bag is cute but probably won't last long. The flap with the image is very thin and seems as if it could tear easily. The bag also does not have any extra pockets. If you're not looking for a bag to last for many years it is cute and will work.I wanted to add an update: We have now had the bag for a year and a half and have used it on many sleepovers and family trips. The bag is still in great condition, with no rips or snags. A reminder to not judge a bag by its cover! It has held up very well.

For what I paid for this it is difficult to complain, but it is a very cheaply built bag. Planning on taking it to disneyworld and I figure it shoudl survivie one trip. But my son propbably won't want an R2D2 bag by the time we get around to another trip out of state so it isn't a big deal if this only survives one.

This is a cute bag! I received it <72 hours after ordering. The handle is long enough for me (5'3") to pull it, without it rolling into my heels. It has 2 wheels and rolls nice. I wouldn't check this bag on an airline, as it doesn't seem sturdy enough to withstand the rigors of air travel. It will make a great carry-on bag, though. It's the perfect size for an overnight stay - big enough to hold shoes, clothes and a few toys/books for the kids. In my opinion, it's good quality for a low price.

I love this R2D2 case. It has good detail and cover you can wipe off. It has 2 handles, a short one for hand carry. The other handle is long enough for an adult about 5'6" to roll the case along the floor. It also has 2 zippers and has firm sides to keep clothes from getting wrinkled. This is also a good collector item. Update : This suitcase has held up well for two years and is still in perfect shape.

A gift for 3-yr old grandson who is not familiar with the Star Wars movies, but he LOVED it.

Kind of small wish it had pockets in the inside for small tooth brush etc.

It wasn't quite what I expected/ it was a soft front where I thought it would be a little more durable- especially with the price
