Salt Lamps Pack of 2/4-6 KG Natural Himalayan Pink Crystal Rock Salt Lamp with CE Approved Switch and Plug 100% Premium Quality Hand Made Carved Lamps

I had to change both bulbs in the units and when I retracted the bulbs from the units the photos show what I found ,each bulb still had it’s original box and bubble wrap round it and were severely burned /melted ,the boxes were actually stuck to the inside of the crystal ,this was a fire hazard , I have cleaned everything up and fitted new bulbs and the lights are back working again .When I first recieved my order I didn’t see any warning that the bulbs were fitted with the boxes and had to be removed ,what worries me is how many others have been sold like this?

I love these lamps. They look very pretty in my bedroom either side of my bed.One word of advice, take the bulb out of the bottom before use and remove the box. I only found out they were in the box becsuse one lamp was barely lit. Upon removing the bulb, found it was still in the box. I've now removed them and they're both glowing beautifully

No complains about promptness. But not happy with condition of lamps. The cord and bulb had been inserted all ready, smell of burning when plugged in, took out cord to find cardboard bulb box stuffed inside both lamps, one bulb had melted, clips and screws rusty on both lamps. Looks to me as if they had been used, returned, then stored somewhere damp, very dangerous , now worried to use them. Can you please replace, or at least replace electric cords and bulbs.

Off the bat one star as they seem to be just trown into a box with a bit of bubble wrap so arrived smashed (other reviewers had the same experience)Size wise they were perfectGreat colour in the saltBulbs looked very cheap (that was smashed too)Would absolutely be value for money if packed properly to arrive intact & then just buy decent bulbs (always find bulbs supplied with salt lamps are rubbish blow/burn in a heartbeat)

I can’t tell you what I think about them because I received every order damageI made an order 3 times and all 3 times they arrived damagedie: broken or completely damaged burnt out inside

I bought 2 of these lamps and put them each side of my bed one is brighter than the other but no problem for me as the dimmer one i put on as I get into bed and leave on all night and I'm having a good peaceful sleep the brighter one i use for my meditation to relax me xx

Very happy with my pair look lovely in my living room great price too would give 5 stars but a little fiddling about to remove bases take bulb out install bulb after removing bubble wrap and bulb box then screwing base back on with screwdriver ,packed well this was good took some unwrapping better that than arriving damaged .

Very happy with these two beautiful lamps. Very heavy, top quality and bigger than I expected. One is slightly brighter than the other, but this doesn't matter,still looks lovely. ****Please remember to take the bulb out first to take the bubble wrap off, and check inside the rock itself for the cardboard box that the bulb is wrapped in.
