Easy to use! A MUST HAVE! Read my review to see how itās helped us!
Iām not too good with technology so I was worried about trying something like this out. Now Iām in love! I got this to put in my elderly fathers home so that I can see him and talk to him when Iām unable to be there. I am also able to keep an eye on the nurse to ensure heās being properly cared for. This was so incredibly easy to set up thankfully because Iām not too good with all this new technology.I am able to see and speak to my dad, and he understands itās coming from the camera, however, he can not see me. Would be nice if I could find something where he can see me too? But besides that, this camera has been amazing and reliable. To see the smile on my dads face when I speak puts a smile on my face. He told me he feels like God is speaking to him haha. His nurse said said that I can be heard loud and clear as if though right there speaking to him. My dad is hard of hearing, yet has never had a problem hearing me. And his television is usually blasted! There are a couple great features with this camera. When you go on to check the live feed, you can remain mute allowing for a quick easy check and not interfering with anything. Nothing lights up that I am aware to show I am peeking in on the nurse or my dad. The viewing is crisp and clear and a great wide angle to see wherever you want to see that youāve placed the camera. We put ours in the living room as to he only has a one bedroom apartment. Thereās a microphone button you push to unmute so you can speak, whether muted or not, you can hear everything going on there and the volume is crisp and clear incoming as well. This has been very handy when I DoorDash him and I need to tell him to open his door! The 2nd feature I love!! Is the alarm. I ran into an issue where my dad had not locked his door, and a random homeless person entered his home. I pushed the alarm button and it is so incredibly loud, it frightened the person out of his house AND got the neighbors attention (heās in an apartment) who was over within minutes to make sure everything was okay. When the person left, and I seen the neighbor enter, I stopped the alarm and explained why I had set it off. This was my first time using the alarm, and even on my end it was so loud it startled me haha. Itās a wailing deafening siren alarm. One time I thought he had fallen, and did the alarm and the neighbor came again. He was okay, but to know I have that alarm gives me peace of mind when I canāt be there. All in all, I highly highly recommend this to anyone in a situation as mine. My dad, despite being elderly, uses a walker/wheelchair and has beginning stages of dementia, is stubborn and doesnāt want to live in a home or with me. This camera has made it possible to allow him his independence and I wish I had known about it A LONG TIME AGO! I was scared of being able to figure it out and it was so easy! Thereās also a chat where they can help walk you through any questions or concerns. Again.. highly recommended!! We can allow our loved ones to remain at home and itās almost as though youāre there with this camera. I can work, my dad can be independent and this camera has saved us and kept our situation stress free!!For his privacy, we donāt have the camera angle to where you can see his bedroom or bathroom. We can see his full living room, kitchen and dining room which includes his front door so we know who is entering and when.

Works Great!
I have had these cameras set up for almost a year now. They've held up very well, video quality is pretty good for an affordable camera. Only complaints if I had to list some cons:You do have to pay a subscription to keep all of the recordings. Otherwise you only get a live feed. The subscription isn't too bad of a deal though in my opinion. The sound quality and pick up isn't the greatest when trying to communicate through the camera, but that's not the worst. Unless that feature is super important for you.Overall I have really found great use in these cameras and the app is easy to use.

High quality and worth the price camara
The Ring Indoor Cam video's quality is better than others within the price range. It captures clear footage, allowing you to monitor your home with great detail. I use it to monitor my cat at home so it is well enough to use, and the camera's wide-angle lens provides a generous field of view, minimizing blind spots and ensuring comprehensive coverage of the room.It also integrates seamlessly with the Ring app, which is the central hub for managing all your Ring devices. The app offers a user-friendly interface that allows you to view live video feeds, customize motion detection settings, and receive notifications when activity is detected. Additionally, the camera supports two-way audio, enabling you to communicate with family members or deter potential intruders using the app.Setting up the Ring Indoor Cam is super easy. Just find a suitable location, plug it into a power outlet, connect it to your Wi-Fi network, and you're good to go.

Had issues but ring support was great!
The media could not be loaded. Ā I love Ring and their products! so why the bad review? Glad you asked. Let me explain. I am literally a walking poster boy for Ring, since the Doorbot and before Shark tank I was All in. I own every single Ring product, Iām not kidding. The Ring indoor camera, while at a Great Price point and small form factor to compete with up and comers Wyze cam, this model is Flawed! You can read it in the reviews I have video proof! I currently have many security cams protecting my home 10 of which are Ring and the New indoor cam is only one giving me issues! It constantly disconnects from my EERO WI-FI network and is the ONLY cam to do so. All other ring cams and cams from other MFR have ZERO disconnects! This Ring indoor cam is about 6ft from my router Shows an EXCELLENT RSSI of -29 and yet it will disconnect at least 5 times a day, or more! What will happen is the cam will detect motion then crash and emit audio static via speaker and in app show Wi-Fi connection Is lost. This crash lasts about 30 seconds before it reboots automatically. Or I can manually reboot by unplugging and replug in the camera if I am in area during the crash. This makes the camera unreliable for home security! During the day the picture quality is excellent, the audio quality is good, night vision is really clear as well. I do have a complaint if you use the color night vision option in settings it adds a purplish hue to video color at night. Before you say āitās a problem with camera placement such as Wi-Fi dead zoneā...I would like to add that where I currently have the new ring indoor camera I had a wired ring stick up cam 2nd GEN in the exact same spot It NEVER had this issue. I moved the ring stick up cam 2nd GEN to my garage and while further away from my router with an RSSI of -41 the stick up cam now in my garage never drops. So as for new Ring indoor cam If not for the constant disconnects this would be a very nice camera to add to the Ring portfolio but in its current state I would say stay away. ***UPDATE 11/20/19*** the Ring indoor cam FINALLY DIED! Itās still had the same Wi-Fi disconnect issues, and the same static issues but late last night it started to show a black screen only would not show any video. attempts to unplug and replug did not help. so I tried to remove from the Ring app reset the device and set it up again. it was stuck on a permanent red LED and was nonresponsive the good news is ring is taking care of me in the sending me a new replacement.***Update 12/4/19***Well my ring camera did have some pretty serious issues I will say that after ring got in touch with me they were quick to resolve the issue my replacement was brand new and has zero flaws in it whatsoever so it seems I just got a bad camera as the new replacement seems to be working great no disconnect whatsoever!
