Its a bong, yes you can smoke out of it. Yes it is very nice looking when its on my desk. Very clean lines, simple and understated. But its functionality is slightly above using a soda can with holes poked in it. The whole thing is super fragile. The first one came broken into about 6 pieces, even the bowl it self had the handle snapped off. To Amazons credit, they immediately sent out a new one with a return label to send the other one back. I had it 2 days later so no complaints there. For the price its not bad. It will work fine if your extra careful with it. Dont bump it or set it down too hard and it will last you a while, just be warned that it is fragile. i just under estimated the amount i would need to spend to get a decent glass piece.
