Like many insoles, these need to be cut to size. Although listed as sports insoles, I got them to put in my new flower patterned wellies which I bought in August, when my old ones developed a hole in the heel. Even in the summer, I often need to wear wellies in long grass (after a heavy dew, or rain) and don’t usually wear socks in them. I hadn’t realised when I bought them that I could feel every bump in the soles, and they were quite painful on my heels.These insoles are just the job, having really thick, contoured heel pads that ‘cup’ my heels very comfortably. I have broad feet, and wellies are generally wider than sports shoes, so insoles that fit a specific shoe size are usually too narrow. Because these insoles are one size, and have to be trimmed to size, they are a nice width at the toe for me, because I’ve cut the narrow toe parts off.The listing gives a comprehensive description of how to cut these gel insoles, advises how to care for them, and gives details of their properties, so I’m not going to repeat all that here. I actually misread the listing when I ordered these, and I didn’t realise I was only getting one pair. They are good insoles, and I would like more of them, but they are very expensive. I normally buy my gel insoles when they are on a ‘special’ in one of the German discount stores, but I would prefer to have these.

I bought these insoles for my husband who's standing 12 hours a day on his job. I had a hope that it will make his shoes more comfortable so his feet won't hurt as much when he finishes his work. The insoles arrived well packed and they are required to be cut to your desired size. They are made of some gel and feels very nice to touch. I cut them to size 9 and inserted them in my husband's shoes. I was very excited for him to try it and to tell me how it feels. He told me that they are soft but it makes his shoes so tight that he cannot wear them but he will try them on trainers. I was dissapointed because they look well made and of a good quality but because of their thickness it makes the shoes very tight. Hopefully he will be able to wear them with his trainers.

I have been pleased with these gel sole inserts so far. The item came packaged well and feels build to last.The inserts themselves are very comfortable and do make a difference. I have also found them comfortable to wear and have made longer walks more bearable.This product however will not be suitable for all footwear. I initially bought these for my football boots to reduce the amount of blisters I get after each game but they just made my shoes too tight. I have ended up just using them in my trainers which were a bit roomy initially to begin with.Time will tell how good these sole inserts are but for the time being am pleased with this purchase.

Wasn’t sure what to expect as never had insoles before but so glad I have now. I walk a lot (1000 miles plus this year) and have noticed the balls of my feet hurt after a long walk and wanted to protect them, hence this purchase.They come so that you can cut them down to fit your size/ shoe. This seems to work well. They were a bit tricky to put into my walking boot as they are gel and kept sticking. I also had an issue with one shoe when walking up Mam Tor as the insole seemed to slip. On reflection I think this was more to do with the angle I was walking at as it has sorted itself out.Great insole which definitely helps my feet

I wear size 8 trainers and went for size small, they fit perfectly :)I'm constantly on my feet during work and hit the gym straight after with an intense high impact workout. My feet used to always feel sore, since purchasing these gel insoles I can definitely feel the difference.They are very comfortable and provide good air circulation to my feet, I forget they are even there. I'm using them in my normal every day trainers, work shoes and running trainers. They are quick and easy to remove however I need to invest in another pair of these gel insoles so I don't have to keep swapping them around.

These are enormous but you can cut them down to size. They've got a good thickness to them without being bulky and they provide a nice shock absorbing effect. They don't make your shoes plush and squashy, but they do provide a fantastic shock absorbing layer and a bit of cushion. I like these a lot better than other similar products I've tried that are far too bulky unless you buy shoes 2 sizes too big or have arch support in the wrong place.

do not fit in most of my shoes. if I bought a full size up it might fit. I trimmed these down to size, but they take up a lot of space in the shoe. I gave them to my parter for work boots that are very worn down. They are very cushy though.
