My son used for a month and this happened, he loves his backpack and I know this is a defect, I asked for a replacement and I’ll send the damaged one backUpdate I asked for a replacement product and the Replacement arrived on the next day. It broke on the same spot as the first one after the first day of use.Now old have to return the replacement that costed zero and they won’t refund me anything. Had to buy another lunch box for my son.Really disappointed. Don’t buy it!!!

My daughter LOVES this lunchbox! It is perfect! It has a silver insulation inside keeping all your cold stuff cold, and hot stuff hot! It is adorable,cand also has a clip and adjustable strap so that us can be hooked onto like a backpack in case you dont want it stuffed inside something:)

My granddaughter loves it! It is a bit tiny buy it holds her lunch and a drink pouch. No room for an ice pack but it is lined to keep food cool, just put it in the fridge at night. Easy to clean.
