Could be better
Although the product is good value and works as stated, it would be far better, if the on/off controls were at the top of the rail rather than the bottom, so you don't need to bend down to switch on off. This is easily possible, so not sure why the designers think the low level is acceptable.In product description it would be beneficial to know the the distances between the mounting posts as it would make choosing the correct towel rail easier.

Warm at last...
An excellent towel rail. It not only dries the towels but keeps our (rather small)bathroom warm and comfortable. A great buy.

Good if you can afford the electricity
It certainly does the job. I'll be a lot happier when the electrician comes back to fit a timer. It's so easy to leave it switched on, and if we left it on 24 hours a day, it would increase our electricity bill by a third.
