Cookies and Cream Astronaut Ice Cream Sandwhich (10 Packages)

Unlike some of the negative reviews, I received 10 individual ice cream sandwiches (within a single package, of course). I've tasted three of the flavors from this brand, and this one is my favorite (compared to neapolitan and mint chip, and these are more likely to be fully intact than the non-sandwich flavors,which often are broken in the package). It really tastes like a cookies and cream ice cream sandwich, but it's crunchy (which I love), not unlike the marshmallows in lucky charms cereal, and melts slowly in your mouth. Probably not for everybody, but if you like that kind of thing, you'll love this. I'm addicted. I've gone through one a day so far for the past week, and now have to buy more. Here's hoping I get another 10 and not just one...Update: I received 10 more in my second order, so that's 2 for 2 (or should I say 20 for 20). Happy customer, here!

I want to start off this review by saying that I read the other reviews that stated that only 1 ice cream was shipped. I took those reviews into account when ordering this. However I figured that because I had ordered astronaut ice cream from the same reviewer 2 times before without any issues I probably would be receiving the amount listed. This flavor of astronaut ice cream is definitely the best flavor I've had and I've tried Neapolitan, Chocolate Chip, Mint Chocolate Chip, and regular Ice Cream Sandwhich. The Ice Cream Sandwhiches are the best ones to get in my opinion but Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Sandwhich is even better. Definately will order again.

These were much, much smaller than the picture shown on the package. Still cheapest per ounce than any other astronaut ice cream sold on Amazon, so worth the money & purpose for which I needed them. The packages were crushed upon arrival, and it had nothing to do with the Amazon shipping - it was the seller & manufacturer of the product. Inside the plastic, upon opening, all of the enclosed small sandwiches (about the size of my palm) were in paper packages as well. It appeared as though those packages were slashed by razor blades on 9 out of 10 packages I opened. At first I was a little paranoid that it was going to impact the product quality, but the outside packages were vacuum-sealed so I served them anyway. Given that these are pretty much crunchy marshmallow snacks, if you haven't had them before, the core of the product stayed together while the outer edges were turned into sand consistency even though they shouldn't have. Every package had a handful of crumbs that should've been ice cream, but now unusable unless you poor it directly into your mouth from the bag. We needed a quick turn-around of a space product and this worked for us, but certainly not the quality I expected when purchasing astronaut ice cream from COSI Science Center in the past.

This is an awesome snack! It tastes just like Ice Cream, quite literally melts in your mouth.You can feel it instantly transform into a sweet delight in your mouth.This is a great snack and I wish that they were sold in supermarkets!!!

We felt just like the astronauts or Jedi's might have as we enjoyed these tasteful treats. Our Camp Memaw and Grandaddy a la Star Wars campers kept wondering why the ice cream wasn't cold!!!

Fantastic for a space theme party! My kiddos went nuts over these! SOOO cool to have astronaut food!

I purchased 10 cookies and cream sandwiches....I received 1 regular ice cream sandwich. When I questioned it they said to return it that they didn't have the item...yet they are still selling it. This was a gift for my nephew which he didn't get. Also to get my money back I needed to ship the 1 item back to them, which was going to cost me almost $10, and the post office said I can't send food..so it looks like I paid for 10 of 1 thing and got 1 of another. Very upset. Will never buy anything from these people...#igotscammed

Ist halt was zum probieren und nicht zum täglichen verzehr, 4,99€ für einen Keks-Eis ist mir zu teuer zumal ich mir was besonderes vorgestellt habe das Eis ist wirklich besonders aber der Keks zerstört es schmeckt nach billigen Butterkekse und man schmeckt ihn viel mehr. Als ich die Packung aufgemacht habe hat alle gebröckelt und das "Eis" was schon halb auseinander gefallen, wie gesagt zum probieren mal cool aber sonst. Ich werde es mir nicht mehr holen.

I bought this as a novelty 'wrap up' Christmas present. My 12 year old nephew loved this! It really does taste like cookies and cream. I bought this flavour on the strength of other reviews. It comes with the frozen ice cream sandwiched between 2 chocolate flavoured (not coated) biscuits. It's about the diameter of an average size coffee mug. I wasn't expecting it to be large as other reviews said it wasn't so wasn't disappointed with size. It arrived in one piece too.

Devo dire che sono entusiasta di questo prodotto.Mi hanno sempre entusiasmato le cose particolari e questa ti fa provare anche se in minima parte l'esperienza dello spazio.Il packaging è assolutamente perfetto.la consistenza del gelato è stranissima è dura come la mordi ma poi si scioglie tipo zucchero a velo.Poi è molto strano mangiare un gelato non freddo.Se vi piace lo spazio dovete assolutamente provarlo
