I wanted some hex head allen bits for assembling/disassembling my 3D printer as well as printed projects. Using these bits along with an electric screwdriver saves my fingers! Obviously one needs to be careful of stripping out parts, but the idea has worked well for me so far!Quality/Durability: They look like bits to me. My guess is that they might wear out quick under moderate to hard use. The attached picture is of them while new/unused. They look powder coated and beat up, but they still function without issue. I cannot speak for durability, but will update this post if and when I have more experience with the product.Customer service: I have not contacted their CS as I haven't had any need to. From the message on the packaging I think they are likely in it for customer happiness and will refund/replace any defect.

It does exactly what it says it does I use these for building furniture work great so far not in a professional setting. Kind of wish it came in a better carrier something less if a pain in the butt to get in and out would have paid a little more for a semi decent holder

set is functional but size markings on shank are not readable which defeated the purpose of my purchasing these since the markings were worn off my old set. marketing photos showed very clear size markings..

Very good product at a very reasonable price, I only needed one size bit but ended up buying the whole set due to the low price and I’m glad I did, they are good quality and the magnet works great.

Used this product for assembly of a metal pergola that required installing hundreds of allen head screws. The tips show no signs of wear afterwards.

Worked just like it should.
