This is not a cotton type T-shirt. The pattern printed on the shirt is as shown| (and really nice), but the material is 100% synthetic with a little stretch to it. I think I would compare it to a soccer jersey or some sort of sports jersey rather tahn a T-shirt. That aside, it was also on the loose fitting side, which just doesn't work for me if the material is a stretch fabric.Overall, it is a nice weight 9medium weight) and not uncomfortable, but not something that I would wear to bed or for lounging around the house.
