THIS IS MY PERSONAL OPINION! Please don't get put off buying this product. It's very durable and easy to use. This is really only suitable for modern toilets pretty much as shown. The U bend needs to be big/wide in order to use this product.

Didn't clear blockage.
Didn't clear blockage and left a very bad scratch on the toilet bowl, the chrome extension pipe should have a protective cover on it to prevent this.

Slightly Misleading
Sure the product works fine, but only when I had received the goods was it made clear (by a card in the box) that this would only work with a specific toilet, which was different to mine.

Really didn't do much, I thought there would be a flexible part to snake around the toilet further so really didn't do too much for me.
