5 Pc Jewelers Pliers Set Jewelry Making Beading Wire Wrapping Hobby 5" PLIER KIT By JTS

I bought these to replace my old set of 10 years. I love the case...very convenient. They fit good in my hands, are very well put together and sturdy looking (haven't used yet). BUT..there was one flaw. The bent nose pliers were machined improperly...alittle off. I'm not going to complain much because only one tool was defective. I could get that one fixed or use my old one.. Overall...I'm happy with my purchase ♥️. To the manufacturer...QA need to recheck the work :)

The Covid-19 pandemic required face masks to be worn. I can sew, but the masks needed wire to fit the nose bridge. The hardware store sells all sizes of wire for picture hanging. I was able to cut the 16-gauge copper wire into needed lengths, then curve the ends so they wouldn’t be sharp. It was so easy with these tools!I really like the quality. There are no instructions, so you’ll have to research how to use the tools. There are lots of youtube videos on jewelry making with wire. I added a small plier to the kit, although it can mar the wire. Maybe one of these tools can hold the wire, while another is bending it?Edit: I found one of the tools, that I can use like a plier. It holds the wire firmly, without scratching it.My review is late, because I never took up the jewelry-making hobby that inspired me to purchase this kit.The case I received, in 2017, may look different than now. It’s great for storage, until I need the tools again. This is a good set to own.

This is a nifty little kit. I have large hands so the handles are a tad small for me but still comfortable and very usable. All the items seem to be made of quality materials and should last a long time. The wire cutters could be sharper but I learned to cut towards the handle not the tip and they work just fine. I'm a beginner and these are perfect for my use. Nice zipper pouch, too !

The pliers are quite excellent. I was looking for something mid-range, and am very pleased with the quality. I know the $20 sets are pot metal junk, but I didn't want to spend nearly $200 for top German and American pliers. This would be 5 stars except for the zipper case, which was already split. I will be doing something else anyway. Overall very pleased.

This is a nice little set of tools and should serve me well, but BEWARE!!! Open the zipper case carefully! The tools are loose upon arrival and will fall out. Fortunately my foot is still intact!

I like the set. They fit nicely in my hands. I did still mar my metals a bit but it is strictly because I am still learning how to work with jewelry.

Very handy little set and great quality. I’ve used them daily since they arrived and they work perfectly.

Good quality, feel well made and solid. Cutters are sharp, hinges are tight and I feel in control of the tool. They aren't loosey goosey like some cheaper tools. They feel like they will last a long time.
