A tasty way to get fiber, getting harder to find
This is the only way i have been able to get my husband to eat his fiber. Yes, if you look at the ingredients they aren't too far from a candy bar, and have some less than desirable additives, but they really do pack a punch in the fiber department ( trust me- ease into them, or you'll end up with a stomach ache!) I figure they are less chemical than some other options. These have become harder to find in my supermarket, glad to find them on amazon (like everything, right? Can't find it, go to amazon).
