I was trying this iron out for the first time and its fuse blew. Before this occurring, it failed to do anything except make my hair frizzy, it didn’t curl, wave or straighten in anyway and the plates didn’t close properly, the teeth on the edge kept snagging and breaking my hair. I have hair that styles very easily and is very manageable. I have returned the item and been fully refunded. The delivery was punctual.

It worked well to straighten my hair and the new twist design alsi makes it more easier to curl my hair.It has different temperature the heat setting are great for hard to style hair and go all the way up to 230℃, I like choose the proper temperature to protect my hair. It is really a quality product and easy to use. I sectioned my hair, used the flat iron to straighten one section at a time and only had to use one pass.Do you know what the best part was? My hair stayed straight! I even went on a hike the next day and my hair did not frizz! It comes with accessories such as hair clips which really help when straightening. It also came with a heat resistant glove and silicone gel sleeve for safety use, a great travel pouch to keep everything together. Great value for the money!!!

Really disappointed with this product. I have been looking for straighteners with a twist so I can curl by hair as I really struggle when using normal straighteners. I found these really scratchy and impossible to get through my hair. I don't have overly thick hair but a lot of it. This product might be more suitable for thinner/finer hair.

I'm sure everyone has saw the facebook advertisements for this type of curler / straightener - always with very impressive results. I wasn't sure if I could recreate this myself but first attempt wasn't too bad!These heat up quicker than my normal straigteners and has various settings. I don't have mine on the maximum setting just because my hair isn't curly or hard to work with and it works well.Easy to work with because the lead turns a full 360 degrees rather than getting tangled up.There are small rows of "spikes" at the edge of the plates to help separate your hair as you style.Safety glove for heat protection and a few other styling essentials are included which makes this great value for the price. Everything that you will need is included so you're good to go straight away.Thank goodness there's an auto switch off on this. I never plan to use it but I can't be the only one who leaves the house and then thinks - did I turn off the curler?!

It was not good on my hair, it ripped it out and got stuck in the teeth on either sides, it was a painful and tiring experience just to get a few curls. Do not recommend for thick hair it was easier just to use my straighteners. Regret buying it.

The plates have little plastic combs along their edges which are probably supposed to help guide or grip the hair as it passes through the plates. All I can say is that it's a bad design, it felt like I was ripping my hair out. Would be much easier to use without the combs, shame they can't be taken off.

Item does not work. My wife is a professional performer and bought this so she can do her hair for shows. Never used it and she came home tonight to tell me it does not work. Absolutely gutted. Only giving this a 1 star because I have too.

Love these, makes curling so much easier. Excellent value for money & great quality. Love the lock & rubber sleeve for added protection after cooling. Look fantastic & just like the genuine Remington ones but quarter the cost!
