This cart is a great thing to have and very helpful. It is a great value for the money and we have already used it many times since buying it a few months ago. The assembly was a bit difficult but once we figured it out it made more sense. When you are using the cotter pins to assemble the wheels we learned it's easier to do if you twist them while pushing if that helps anyone in their assembly. Besides that it has been a great help and we have gotten many uses out of it already. The height and weight of it are great. It folds up very easily and has a pretty decent storage capacity.

Easy assembly! Works great! Big enough to hold a case of water and grocery bags! Put away easy since it folds up easily and has a little hook to keep closed. Can be easily stored in a closet, kept in your trunk or beside/behind fridge. Highly Recommended!!

The instructions: I didn’t understand the written instructions whatsoever and relied on referencing the picture to figure out what to do multiple times. It’s complicated but doable. The pins were the most confusing part for me because it doesn’t show how exactly to put them in or how to secure them. If the instructions were all pictures everything would’ve been 100 times easier. The wheels: When I first read the negative reviews about the wheels I thought maybe people weren’t understanding the directions clearly and had messed up somehow. I was wrong, the front wheels and back wheels have different ways to be set up. The back wheels are supported by 4 pins in total and the front wheels are supported by 2 pins that can easily come out. If the design for the back wheels was transferred to the front wheels I feel like it would’ve been much better but alias it isn’t. Usability: If you’re thinking about buying this ask yourself do I want to have to tilt this cart to move it around or have have all wheels touch the ground? If you don’t mind tilting the cart to move it, I’d say go ahead with this purchase because you are able to keep the cart in a solitary position when not in use. If you choose the second option I’d say choose something else. Price: Honestly, the other listings I saw for a product like this ranged from $80 to $210 dollars and I don’t have that kind of money to spend. For the price I’d say it gets the job done. Weight: I was able to bring in 3 cases of water and groceries in a few trips. Final thoughts: I know there’s a better product out there for a higher price but if you’re just wanting it to get the job done I’d say go for it. The instructions were the worst part of this whole experience. If I had to buy this again I would but I wouldn’t buy it as a gift for someone. UPDATE: The back wheels came off. Don’t waste your time.

I got this to help moving parcels as I use a cane. Easy to assemble, even though the instructions were poor. The illustrations of the axle assemblies are small and unclear. I'm used to working with mechanical devices, so it wasn't too hard to figure out. Some reviewers have complained about the use of the spring pins and split or cotter pins. If you're not familiar with this type of hardware, you may want to enlist a friend to help. The so-called "friction caps" for the larger (rear) wheels are worthless and make inserting the small cotter pins more difficult. The function of these caps seems to be to cover the sharp ends of the cotter pins. It's much easier to bend the ends of the pins over to retain the wheels. Then cut the long ends of the pins off with a heavy-duty wire cutter and bend the remaining ends flat on the washer. The flat washer will prevent the ends from catching on carpeting or clothing. I discarded the friction caps. Extra pins and springs were included, just in case... Includes a plastic clip that is supposed to keep the cart folded when not in use. It's useless and falls of.. I will remove it and replace with a couple of small spring hooks, similar to those used on a leash. Small carabiners should work fine as well, but this is what I had in stock. This is a light-duty cart. I will use it when a standard grocery cart is not available. Required tools: good pair of needle nose pliers, larger pliers for bending cotter pins, good wire cutters. Recommended, if you don't mind the assembly problem.

This is a great cart! Use its compact, folds up to pop in your trunk. Use it for laundry, groceries, etc. I bought this for an elderly friend living in a condo so she didn’t have to bother bringing the condo shopping cart to and from her car and condo. Folds up compact and it’s lightweight!

I really like the light weight feel of this cart and how easy it is to roll. However, I'm giving it a 3 because for 1. The instructions were not easy to follow and I had to figure it out myself. 2. One of the wheels fell off 3 blocks away from my apartment and the 2nd wheel fell off 1 block from my apartment. I had to attempt to keep the wheels on until I got home. It was so frustrating! And then I had to separately bring my grocery bags up 3 flights of stairs because the wheels would not stay going up. The problem is the pin they provide to hold the wheels on easily came off both. Then need to provide something to secure the wheels better. Thankfully, I was able to find some nails to replace the pins and then had to bend the nail so it won't fall out. It will work, but the company again needs to provide better securing.

Wonderful addition to assist me after hip surgeries. So easy to use, light weight. Made my life much easier.

Not too bad of a product. Instructions are a little vague. Extra parts. Good video on YouTube on how to put it together
