I had a feeling that these were not going to be great - since instead of showing the level of charge, the digital readout is stuck on "FU". When I can get them on, the sound is really clear, but they won't stay on. They randomly turn up, turn down, advance to the next video, or turn off. Obviously, returning them....

I was super disappointed in this pair of bluetooth earbuds. I tried pairing these to my phone and neither bud would pair together. Once one of the buds paired, the sound would go in and out as I moved my head. Albeit it could have been my overall connection which might have affected the bluetooth connectivity, nevertheless, this is the worse pair of bluetooth buds I've ever used and wouldn't recommend buying them just because you can save a few dollars. I've used TOZO for about a year now and unfortunately lost one of the buds. I waited a long time to replace it and decided to give this brand a try. Cheers to Amazon for giving me a full refund upon return of the product. However, if you see you can save a few bucks, do the research and read the reviews (the good, the bad, and the ugly) so that you are fully informed. Be willing to pay more, which is what I will end up doing to get the newer model of the TOZO bluetooth ear buds which has excellent sound quality, fast-pairing, and comfortable in your ears for long-time wear.

This product was a catastrophe for me. The box came scratched at the bottom and the top. That gave me the impression that I was getting a previously returned pair. The packaging was not sealed with tape either. The left earbud would not charge unless you found the perfect position for it to charge inside the case. when I originally opened the box the right earbud was fully charged the left wouldn't turn on. The top part of the charging case would not align with the lock mechanism on the bottom part once closed. Overall this thing was a joke considering that the sound quality coming out of these buds is meh at best. Another product I bought based on the reviews that are mostly good, I don't get it because these are seriously lacking in quality, the materials feel very cheap and the case is a joke.

Now, don't be alarmed if the charger stays at "FU" for a while (definitely don't take it personally) it just means it is full and it can charge your earbuds for up to 100 hours of listening time. Each charge will last about 4-5 hours of constant listening but it only takes a few minutes of charging for your earbuds to be good to go again for a few more hours.The sound quality is pretty good and the noise cancellation ability is fairly decent. I listen to a lot of music when I'm at work and my co-workers have to tap me on my shoulder to get my attention. These earbuds are a really good buy for your money compares to the more expensive ones.They fit my ears very comfortably and I am most surprised by that. I wear them at the gym and they stay on during my run, pretty impressive. I do really like these earbuds and I sure will buy them again should I need another pair.

Bought this to replace another horrible pair from a different brand. First off the charger sucks, it is impossible to tell if the buds are charging, when you out the buds in it-the are still connected to your phone(so they're not charging). Secondly, after two days of this the battery starts lasting one hour. And lastly, that case is too big for something as simple as a headphones. Ps you get what you pay for, that's why the charger always says "FU"....lol

I bought this product about a month ago, and I’ve had nothing but problems with them! They shut off by themselves, they change the volume, they won’t charge, etc... I’ll be listening to music, then all of a sudden, the left channel will just shut off OR they both shut off. They’re not dying because I charge them nightly. Now with the volume. They turn the volume all the way down all by themselves. It doesn’t just do it once, it constantly does that. I have to fight them by holding the volume up button on my phone constantly! And finally, the left earbud won’t charge unless I press down on it while it’s in the brick for 10 seconds, while the other one charges by itself. Overall, this product is very poorly made. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

These look amazing, but that’s about it.The sound is alright, I’m slowly getting used to the touch settings on them. The charging + carrying case is a nice addition.I’ve owned these for about a week now and the battery life sucks, so bad.I get 3 hours and 17 minutes from mine when they’re fully charged.I’ve resorted to using one earbud at a time.My last pair (Mpow Jaws) lasted my whole work day and maybe a bit of some of my listening at home. For two years they held on, then just up and decided to stop charging.Now.. These seem to last 3 hours tops before needing another charge. I thought I read some reviews about them lasting quite a bit longer than this.The touch is sensitive that it’s kind of funny, itchy ear? You graze the thing and it’ll pause the music. Need to adjust it? Same results.I like how they look and maybe, just maybe I’m not fully charging them. Despite the case saying they’re fully charged.I already feel like the second I find something better these are going to be replaced or dumped on someone else.Update - 8/2/2020:Rare instances when trying to use both ear buds at the same time taking one ear bud out for some reason just blasts the volume in the earbud left in my ear. Happened on two separate occasions.Update - 9/25/2020:One ear bud took a fall and has refused to charge. Between the short amount of listening time and they annoying easy to accidentally change the language (but not change back as easily, lol).I’ve hit my patience with these and just repurchased my last headphones.
