Used for resin
I used this mold for resin as a gift for my wife. The owls came out perfectly and didn't leave any residue behind. I suggest if you do use it with resin, not to use it afterwards for baking as there could be some resin that seeped into the mold itself.

Use Ghiradelli melting wafers
The molds are awesome! I bought these for my Secret Santa person who loves owls and chocolate, so I have been practicing with different styles of melting chocolates and they all came out easily from the molds. As far as smooth and creamy texture for candy, highly recommend the Ghiradelli with the candy mold.

Just too small
Totally my fault I didn't read the size. the penguins are absolutely adorable I though they were bigger. I wish they would make this mold in a larger size like I said there so cute just not the size I need.
