BEST COOKIES EVER!

The first ones came melted and all stuck together, but were replaced at no cost to me, so I was very satisfied with the customer service reconciliation. Second bunch came melted also- but not as badly though, so lesson learned: I just can't be Jonesing for a Petit Ecolier when it's going to be over 65 degrees. Bummer!!

I really love these cookies. I thought if I bought it in bulk, it would last longer. Item ordered on 21 June 2025 and delivered on 25 June 2025. The chocolate had melted on the cookies and they were stuck together. The cooling bag that was with it, did not do its job. 12 boxes of cookies was wasted. It felt like the package was sitting in a very hot area.

i purchased 1 box of these cookies on a whim and have bought them in BULK ever since! they're almost like having an INCREDIBLE CHOCOLATE CANDY BAR on top of the crisp cookie below! i break a box into 4ths in a plastic container with a lid so i don't end up with cookie crumbs in bed (not as much anyway! ;-) ) the chocolate really is some of the best i've ever tasted (would definitely buy the chocolate bars if they made them?)! i 'remove' all the calories & sugar (wink wink) when i break them into pieces so i won't weigh 500 lbs this time next year, lol. ;-) price isn't bad at all considering the quality which is YUM YUM YUMMY TO INFINITY & BEYOND!!! buy these! you will NOT regret it!

I PURCHASED THESE COOKIES AFTER MY CO-WORKER GAVE ME A BOX AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD. SO I DECIDED TO BUY MY OWN AND HAVE THEM AS SNACKS. I DO RECOMMEND THESE COOKIES AS THEY ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION, NO BOXES WERE DAMAGED AND THE FRESHNESS OF THE COOKIES WAS VERY GOOD.

I'm picky about chocolate and really like the quality on this cookie. Also, the biscuit has great flavor by itself and just the right texture. My favorite cookie now.
