The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased a beverage dispenser and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with its performance.First of all, the quality of the dispenser is subpar. The material feels cheap and flimsy, and I am concerned that it may not hold up over time. The plastic spigot also feels fragile and I worry that it may break with regular use.Furthermore, the dispenser leaks like a sieve. No matter how tight I try to secure the lid, there is always some liquid seeping out from the sides. It's not only messy, but it also wastes a significant amount of the beverage.Additionally, the design of the dispenser is not user-friendly. The opening is quite small, making it difficult to add ice, fruit slices, or any additional ingredients. This greatly limits the versatility and convenience of the product.Overall, I cannot recommend this beverage dispenser. Its poor quality, leaking issues, inconvenient design, and slow flow rate make it a complete disappointment. Save yourself the frustration and invest in a higher-quality alternative.Amazon was awful didn’t help with anything

We’ve had the motors stop running on the dispensers and they replaced everything for free. Super nice people to work with. Very professional.

Purchased on July 8th, once received, got it set up and worked great. As of today, August 12th the beverage mixing leaf as stopped working. The compressor is still keeping the product cold but there is no circulation.I am hoping the VEVOR Store will contact me about a replacement. There is nothing listed on how to contact them. I will hopefully be updating with a positive replacement review.UPDATE - As of today, August 20th, no response from the seller on the defective machineUPDATE - As of today, November 11th, machine has officially quit. To avoid your frustration with no response or replacements from seller, I would NEVER purchase any products from them. If there was a negative star, that's what I would list for my overall rating on this product.

It keeps the drinks cold, but it does freeze up and you have to keep an eye on it. Also, wish it would have a shut off for each section.

this item is not a lasting one it barely made to the 1 month mark of use, and the company as well as Amazon don't do much to help solve this situation , from ignoring to sending one motor that took for ever to get and broke down in a month refund barely accommodated today, but this was since February to get a 50% refund only because I refused to take a 50 dollar one on the 2 machines that cost over 800 for both. As far as Amazon went all I got was rudeness from their chat, and yes I understand that Amazon has to let the dealers solve or try before they step in but this time they did nothing to back up a loyal customer - I suppose the term is ex loyal now. Don't buy this machine it does not last.

Seems to be built very well. No issues using it so far.

We got this item November 15, 2022, it's now December 4, 2022 and it has stopped cooling and we have ended up with gallons of spoiled horchata multiple timesEDIT: If I could give this product 0 STARS I would. After our original purchase stopped cooling after only 2 weeks we kept it around but in May it stopped completely working and wouldn't spin/mix any more. We contacted the seller for a replacement or a refund and they sent us the replacement. But that one broke down - didn't cool or spin - kid you not within TWO DAYS of use. So now we are out $600 and have two broken machines in our restaurant.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!
