Have a billion of these so would definitely suggest to others
Small is probably a good size for about a 32-34 AA-A. A little snug, but that was my own doing for guessing my size wrong. Still comfortable. Good support, even after prolonged use, even when worn as a swimsuit

Good for lower impact and everyday use
34B and I got a size small. Great for working out and everyday use (I’m a trainer), DEFINITELY not for running or high impact. In my opinion not enough support and straps are too long (I’m also 5’3 lol)

Changes to be aware of: cheaper material with less support
I've been a frequent buying of this sports bra for several years due to its compression and quality construction; however, the bra being sent now is low quality and cheap. I've purchased and returned two sports bras because of this change, but have found that the Dri-Fit version advertised is no longer the one being sent out. If you want low to medium support with cheaper material, then this is the sports bra for you.

Tight fit
I like that this doesn't have cups, but it fits VERY tight. I usually wear a small sports bra, and I ordered the small. When it's on, its comfy except that it is really tight. I'm hoping it will stretch out over time.
