The recipient knew the gift was special but could not figure out why due to a lack of instructions.
I bought six necklaces and none of the recipients received a description of their gift or instructions. Most of the recipients did not know that their necklaces contained photos or that the photos could be viewed two ways, using their smart phones. Lack of instructions distracted from the meaning of the gift. Additionally, trying to hold the necklace and use your phone to view the photo is awkward. Also, it would be great to have a choice to remove the "Love in 100 languages" when ordering the necklace. The photos that I submitted were of my deceased brother. More photo and less words, or at least different words, would have been a great option. Not one vendor on Amazon offered the option.

Great necklace, not great image wise
Can't see the image inside, just the words but other than that, it's a pretty necklace. Came in a gift box and had a bag to go with it. It's a dainty necklace but worth the buy if you're not worried about seeing the image inside.
