Works great!
I worked at a nationwide sub sandwich shop in high school & these are exactly what we would use. I knew the basis of the Italian herb bread recipe & was able to replicate that amazing tasting bread with these, it looked just like the sub rolls we served.Super easy to use, bread rolls came out easy no issue. They all had a uniform shape, baked to a nice size. I’m going to buy 2 more, it’s a great value. They work real well getting a nice bake all the way around.

These are perfect.
These are exactly what is used at subway to bake their bread. Are they flimsy, like all the bad reviews state? Yes they are. That's how they are designed. They fit on a half sheet pan. The item description could be clearer on that, but that doesn't make it a bad product. The mesh design of these is exactly why they bake to perfectionThe recipe given in the description says to use about 3oz of dough. That's a little over 300g. I use 225g to 250g. 300 makes them a little big. I have purchased 2 of these now. One I use for regular white/wheat bread and one for sour dough. With different proof times it was either buy 2 or only make one at time.Ignore the bad reviews. Make sure you have a half sheet pan and enjoy making sub buns.

Good product.
Works as it should, just like Subway's. Dough bakes well, doesn't stick. I was aware it needs a tray underneath, but I didn't calculate, it doesn't fit a standard large baking sheet. Another thing I didn't think of was that I can't fit 2 side by side in my oven and theyre too long to close the door if I put them in longwise anyway. Overall good product just not perfectly convenient for home cooking. Fine of you only do one at a time. You'll probably have to up your recipe to do five loaves subway size, mine were a bit small.

Works better than expected.
My family loves subs, but the way prices are now its gotten too expensive to buy them very often. My wife and kids are all very good bakers and when my son said he would like to try to make sub rolls like the ones they use at the sub shops, we started looking into what we would need and decided to give this product a try. I had my doubts just looking at it when it showed up but when I came home from work one day and there were these beautiful looking and smelling sub rolls cooling on a rack I was impressed!Being silicone it cleans up so easily! Great Product!

Exactly like we used at Subway!
These molds seem exactly like the ones we used when I worked at Subway, and produce amazing loaves of bread without burning, and maintaining that cool sandwich shop form. This is really a high-quality mold that makes making sandwich bread so much easier, faster, and consistent. I wish I had 10 of these.

Not as durable as one would hope.
I have used this several times. It worked fine, until I put an egg wash on my bread. The egg wash cooked into the holes, and the mesh ripped as I took the bread out of it.

Love how my subs turn out with these molds!
These molds are a game changer for making your own subs at home. I use fresh milled flour to make my subway style footlongs. They look like the real thing! If you're buying these: Yes, they are flimsy, they aren't supposed to be sturdy. They fit perfectly on a 13x18 baking sheet. Then I just remove the mold from the pan when done baking and cool on a cooling rack.I gave 4 stars because they are overall easy to clean, but when I use cheese for my subs they are a little more hassle to scrub down, but totally worth it.I'd recommend these and buy more if I need to.

Great for Subway Style Loaves.
These silicone baking forms work exactly as you would expect. Having worked at Subway in my youth, I can tell you that these look and feel the exact same as what we used at the time. And they are working just as I remember those others. It does take a little testing to get your loaf size to be what you want, but once you have that dialed in you're off to the races. You can easily make great sandwich loaves of all manner and see them shaped in that perfect sub sandwich style.Really, we all know that the bread is often the best part of those expensive sandwich shops. Now you can do all that at home. And, if you want an extra tip, use frozen bread loaves from your local store when you're in a rush! Simply place a frozen loaf in the fridge to thaw and rise. Then split and form your loaves for the form and bake. Quick and easy when you don't have time to mix your own dough!
