Artisan Outfitters Mens Outer Banks Batik Cotton Hawaiian Shirt

I love this shirt! I've received a lot of compliments. It is well tailored and fits as expected. It has washed well with very little shrinkage and only touch up with a warm iron is required. Overall the quality is good at a reasonable price. I have a couple of these shirts and I plan to by more. The shirt colors work well with many pant colors so they add versatility to your wardrobe.

I wore this shirt on a video interview, it wasn't busy enough to concern the videographers so it was a win. On the other hand, for the pattern being a bit on the loud side, the monochrome is a bit lifeless.The brand is great, I have several of their shirts, the quality and fit are what keeps me coming back for more. I've subsequently bought a blue tinged variation on this shirt's theme, less intimidating and a bit more cheery. On the other hand, if you want to put folks on their back foot in a negotiation, it does set a tone (who is the grumpy guy in the black shirt?).

I first bought two of these Artisan Outfitters shirts just to check out the quality and fit. I couldn't be happier. These are top quality cotton, and they don't shrink, and haven't faded with washing. They are loose and comfortable, just what I was looking for. The colors are vibrant but earthy, and are truly artisan designs. I now have five of these shirts and could not be happier. I am between a 2X Large and 3X large in most shirts, but this one is perfect at 2X large for me. They breathe nice, and feel casual while having a quality appearance. Very nice.

I purchased this shirt for my Dad for his birthday. He already had a shirt from this maker that he really liked. Unfortunately the fabric ripped on the side. I tried to return it, but Artisan Outfitters said it was outside of the 30 day return policy with Amazon so they were unable to help. They were going to try to contact Amazon to see if anything could be done, but I have had no response. The shirt looks really good on my Dad and the fabric feels really nice , but unfortunately it didn’t last.

I bought one of these and liked it so much I came back and ordered another. Well made, roomy. I often buy XXL shirts that are too tight, especially around the arms, so I ordered these XXXL just to be sure. They fit me very loosely, so maybe I could get by with a XXL, but I enjoy the looser fit, rather than something that's trying to corral my fat.

Beautiful shirt. Had to return the 1st one because, even though I am a medium, it was way too big. I got a small (can't believe I am wearing a small) but it fit just fine. Again, beautiful shirt that gets compliments.

Love these shirts! I haven’t put them in the dryer yet for fear of shrinking. My husband gets compliments all the time when he wears these. Btw, I hang dry them and they dry very quickly.

I am a big guy and seeing that some reviewers said the shirts ran a little too small, I was worried that the largest size is 2XL. But I tried it on and it feels about right. As long as it doesn't shrink and wrinkle too much, I am happy, I will order a couple more in different colors.

The shirt was too small and marked as small. It may have been my error in ordering a small or it may have been an error on the web advertisement not making it clear that it was small. Artisan Outfitters has offered to refund the cost of the purchase. My thanks to Artisan Outfitters.
