PROS: Very cushy and comfortable product. I used it on a 15 lbs papillon mix. He was quite comfortable and content. He had plenty of room to stand up and move about if he wanted. It comes with a clip that hooks to his harness and keeps him from leaving the bed and walking to the driver seat, so he learned that that was his area and he quickly settled in and laid down. The front have a dip in it where he can put his face on and look forward. The product it quite tall and I own a Ford Escape and the front windows are low enough that if he stands up he can see out the front. It comes with two adjustable straps - one to strap around the middle of the seat and holds it firmly from moving forward and another that goes around the head rest to keep the top front tipping. If you wanted your dog to look out the front while seated, you could probably just add another cushion underneath the dog seat to prop it up some. The straps would still work up higher to firmly keep the seat secure. The cushions are removable, so if removed, you could wash the outer liner.CONS: The product took a bit to install the cushions into the liners. And some simple instructions would have been helpful to tell me which cushions went where. But I figured it out eventually. And the zipper on the liner could have been a little better. I have yet to wash the liner, so I hope the zippers hold up.SUMMARY: Overall I'm very satisfied. It was much better than I was expecting. Very comfortable.

This works great for my 13 lb miniature poodle. Used it on a trip and works as both a car seat and a bed. Seems to be good quality. I am very pleased with this purchase. No complaints.

Would have like it more f my dog could look out window.

Not sturdy enough to keep dog safe. Zippers are not good quality
