Best true cinnamon I’ve had in ages
We have been using what was sold as true cinnamon but since Spice Root cinnamon arrived, we did a taste test and we now think what was labeled as true cinnamon was cassia! The Spice Root Ceylon Cinnamon is LOVELY! It has a beautiful soft sweetness, gorgeous texture, wonderful product! We will buy again and again as I use cinnamon daily in cooking and smoothies. Thank you for this experience. We now know the other stuff we had was a fraud and have thrown the rest away.If you want the real thing, Spice Root is the best!

Excellent quality and taste
Highly recommended. I give to my dog mixed with organic raw honey for his arthritis - works a treat. Can only use True Ceylon cinnamon as it has low levels of courmarin. Cassia cinnamon (the one that's sold in most stores) is toxic to dogs. I also used sprinkled on porridge with banana, on natural fat free yoghurt and curries.

Flavoursome but not noticeably useful for health
Very tasty. I bought it as I'd been advised that it might help in controlling blood pressure. Unfortunately it had no impact for me. My mum has diabetes and I'd also read that it may help in stabilising blood sugar. Whilst she enjoyed the product her measurements showed no noticeable change.So in conclusion, nice flavour but no detectable health benefits

This product is worth the money. The tasty is nice and fresh and a big difference between cinnamon from the supermarket

No flavour at all
I just made cookies and had to waste them all. This cinnamon has no flavour at all. Don't waste money on it, buy somewhere else.

Good stuff
We put cinnamon in everything from coffee to tea to shakes and stews. Also price and quality are both important. This cinnamon tastes good and is priced to sell. What's not to like?

Beat cinnamon
This good quality cinnamon. I’ve had too cut out sugar. So I used this instead . It’s more healthy for you . Lower blood sugars which is a plus . If anyone got diabetes.
