TruBlend Loose Mineral Powder, Tan

I used this for years, and always liked it. A subtle powder. So sorry that I can't get it anymore.

I love this one . It's the closest to the 435 color I cannot find anywhere !

This is my "hurry up " make up! Brush it on, smooth it out a bit a little eyeliner and mascara and I m ready for the day. At least won't scare anyone LOL The coverage is pretty good, I like the shade too.

Needs to have a screw on lid! Even if you put it in a plastic bag, product ties all over the place. I will buy pressed powder next time.

I've been wanting to try some mineral facial powder, and CoverGirl is my usual brand, so I gave this a try. I am very fair-skinned... so much so that I can get sunburned within 15 minutes if I go out without wearing sunblock, and I can't tan at all. So I need a powder that can control shine without adding any significant color to my face. Although this powder was listed as "Translucent Fair," it was much darker than I expected, and much darker than my normal powder (CoverGirl Professional Translucent Face Loose Powder--Translucent Fair). It made me look like I was wearing bad bronzer, even though I used only the lightest dusting of powder. I wore it once and ended up throwing it away, the color was that dark. So, back to my regular CoverGirl Professional Powder...live and learn, I guess. Three stars because the powder itself is not bad, but minus two stars because the color description is really not accurate.

I’ve enjoyed this foundation since it went on the market. It’s luminosity makes my skin look flowy. It’s very lightweight so it doesn’t get “cakey”. I have combination skin and it seems to keep my oily T-zone under control. The biggest con- I can’t seem to find it anywhere anymore and I suspect they’ve stopped producing it.

What a great product! I tried this for the first time and I’m really happy with the results. I ordered #405, light claro pale for my medium to light complexion and the color‘s perfect. I started by applying a very light coat of powder using the puff's edges. It went on smoothly and easily, wand didn't cake. I applied a little extra using the puff’s edge to unevenly pigmented areas and it evened out my skin tones and I didn't need to wear foundation under it. There’s a little shine in the powder that makes my skin look like it has a healthy glow but it's not oily looking. The scent is very delicate, barely there, but pretty, and the powder's not irritating or drying. The puff is a good size and it's easy to use giving good control. I ended up touching up once in the late afternoon. There’s a good amount of powder in the container and I think it’ll last for several months. Shipping was quick, it came within a few days. Cheap application pad and it took a long time to get here! I’d definitely buy Quo next time it’s a nicer product.
