I liked this enough that I'm on my second bottle of it! I wanted to wait until I felt like I had some real results rather than a whopping week's feedback to share before posting my opinion. I can tell you that if I didn't feel that it worked/helped, I certainly wouldn't have forked over any more of my money!I have been taking it twice a day (honestly, I forget to take it with lunch so I take it when I take my other vitamins). I also take Natrol JuiceFestiv fruit and veggie supplements because I honestly don't get enough fruits and veggies in my diet. That's the only other 'vitamin' I take besides this Ab-Ton3r from Helix Nutrition.I do not count calories although I do tend to watch my portion sizes and I workout 6 days a week. I've lost 40 pounds total in 4 1/2 months through this method and I am losing significant belly fat. I do a lot of core exercises and 3 days of my workout is dedicated solely to intense cardio while the other 3 days are weight training days. I only share this information so that you can infer from my results what you will. I do attribute some of my results of belly fat loss to this product though.The only 'negative' that you might not like is that you occasionally burp back the taste of the product. It's a citrus-y taste so doesn't bother me at all but wanted to mention it just in case. Otherwise, as the product states, there are no stimulants so I've had nothing else negative. I like it very much!

The is by far one of the best products i have bought. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes to work out and look good. Just cause summer is over docent mean we have to lose out hot body. This product have not let me down and i burn some fat.

Love this CLA and all of Helix Nutririon products. I have been taking abton3r for over 3 months and noticing the definition and toning in my arms and midsection. I take these about 30 minutes before I eat and it curbs my appetite too!

I am a fairly active person and recently had a terrible sinus infection that lasted for FOUR months. It made the gym a no go, which left an extra couple of pounds lingering. When I resumed the gym I realized those pounds were not going anywhere. I started taking one pill to make sure I didn't notice any funky side effects. No problem at all!After one week of gym workouts (nothing crazy) eating decent and taking these little guys before a meal (2 pill 2x a day before meals ) down 1.5 pounds. That feels like progress!

i go this in a combo with C4 pre workout.i hoped that this would help give me an edge because i was working out and eating properly. i used this product for 3-4 weeks as recommended before i decided to call it quits. this wasn't helping at all. if anything its just an expensive bottle of fatty acids.
