I found these pants dorun wide at the waist, and had to size down to find a pair that fit, and the vendor was quick to ship to correct size.The craftsmanship is ornate and excellent, and they look really great. I think this is an excellent value for the price.

Everything seems very well made except the buttons attachment seems. Unusual very strong tanning smell. I have hung my set for 3 months and the smell is getting better but still relatively strong. Button attachments should be better. Only one row of about 4 stiches holding the suspender buttons. Needless to say, after wearing them for about 4 hours, i bent over to untie my shoes and a button pulled out. The button and the strip of leather was fine. Weak stich just broke. I took the pants to a leather repair shop in town and they confirmed that the button attachment points should be double stitched. He re-attached the one button and reinforced every other button for $20. I have worn 3 more times with no issues and get compliments on the look everywhere.

They were OK for a first pair of lederhosen. the quality was not bad but we have now bought real, authentic lederhosen, goat skin. Good for a person that may only want to wear occasionally and not spend more money. Know your size though.

Purchased these for a huge (350k attendees over the weekend) Oktoberfest and was proud to wear these throughout the festival. Numerous people complimented the look, the quality and the design. I will get many uses out of these as they are a thick high-quality material and are very well made. They do smell like fresh leather when you first get them, so you might want to air them out for a bit- and the first wearing will be a little tight and stiff at first- but within an hour or so are just as comfortable as canvas or jean shorts- so stick in there. Also, I thought they were a bit too small when I first tried them on- but within an hour they fit like a glove...

I think these Lederhosen are great, but the small pieces of leather running through the buttons for the suspenders are EXTREMELY fragile. The leather and buttons just popped off with casual wear the day I got them. I would like to know if the seller can offer a solution. I had to fix them using zip ties. If I replace the Lederhosen, I imagine the new pair will have the same issue. If we can come to an amenable solution, I of course will change the review. The really are very nice, but that little piece of leather holding the button is really the most integral part of the garment and it failed miserably.
