IM not sure what I expected before I brought the hair. Mean I have never purchased virgin Brazilian hair before. When I first received the hair was nice. I washed and conditioned it before install. I was very.pleased with the hair for the first two weeks after that the hair started to tangled and was very dry. I am not sure if I received a bad batch but I could not reuse this hair a second time. This is.very.disappointing. Shipping was extremely fast which l liked. I would like to try again but I am worried that I will end up wasting my time and money

When I first received the hair, I was very excited. I washed and dyed the hair red. The hair is very soft and easy to manage.it does not tangle, and not too bad on shedding. Gorgeous hair! I have recieved many compliments. Would definitely purchase again!

This hair was ok. It would not wave or curl after washed and also began to feel a little rough after few weeks. Can't say that i would recommend to a friend.

My granddaughter's really like the product. Easy yo work with and its very natural looking. Will purchase other items from this company.

When the hair arrived I knew it wasn't just by the way it was packaged. It smelled nice and was soft to the touch when it first arrived so I thought it may atleast high quality. Boy was I wrong. I wore it for about a week before it began to shed like a dog. Huge clumps coming out a time. By week 2 it matted up and I had to cut the rat's nest out of my head. I don't recommend this product at all.

Loved this hair lasted 5 months even after I washed it.
