Grill Master Mats BBQ Grill Mats, Set of 2

I purchased these as a less expensive alternative to a more recognizable brand. I used them pretty regularly over the summer. There is some wear on the edges - but that would be expected. Did not seem to clean up as nicely as some others I have seen used. But at the price, I would buy again.

We have a new Char Griller 3001. The first time we used it for steaks they turned out great but the grats were hard to clean.Last night we used these grill mats for steaks and short ribs. Again the grilled meats turned out great!! One review indicated there was too much moisture resulting instewing effect. Our steaks were well marinated and we saw no significant fluid at grill temperature of about 450 F.Because the reviewer said the mat was very hard to clean, more than a grat, after grilling I wiped the mat with paper towels. The next morning the mat cleaned easily with soap and water. NO PROBLEMS I CAN SEE!!!!

I'm a converted skeptic. I bought these after reading all the reviews that swayed widely and really wasn't expecting much. I now stand corrected! The only change to my grilling was that I had the hot coals going one one side of the grill and the grill mat on the non direct side. I put my marinated chicken thighs on the hot grill side to get a slight char and grill marks on both sides then put them on the grill mat to let then finish cooking and smoking. They came out perfect. Nothing stuck to the mat. The chicken was moist and tender. Cleanup was a breeze with soap and warm water. This product is wonderful.

These mats are fantastic. I grill a lot of fish, especially salmon, which has a tendency to fall apart and drop through the grill. Now I start with the fish on the mats and if I want grill marks, I finish them on the grill after they are less likely to fall apart. I do the opposite for steaks, searing them on the grill first and then transferring them onto the mats to finish, thus avoiding the problems with flare-ups.The mats also make grilling veggies a breeze. And, they make nice gifts for your grilling friends.

Love these mats. Work great! I had gotten some at the fair in our town and wore them out. Got these ones for a much, much better price and they are exactly the same. Have lasted a long time. It is a great help to have several. .So much easier to grill things that would get stuck or fall through the grates. Keeps from burning things too. Non stick and wash up easy.

These are great on my Weber electric grill and yes, you still get grill marks on your food. I like to use a honey lime marinade which tends to stick to the grill and makes cleanup difficult. These make cleanup very easy. Some meat does sit in its own juice, but I have not found this to be a problem as it cooks off quickly, or you can tilt the mat to pour it off. Cleanup takes seconds and the mat is resuable.

Great mats and make clean up and grilling a breeze! We grill a lot at our house and I hate having to clean the bbq off, hard with the brush and I'm short. These mats I no longer have to worry about it and they are so easy to clean and cooked my meat beautifully. However I will say I had no grill marks in my chicken or steaks so not sure about it listing it cooks with grill marks cause mine sure didn't. But overall easy to use.

These came quickly but I haven't used them yet as I just got my new grill today. I will use them tomorrow. I had some other brands on my old grill and they worked great and kept the grill like new. Also shows the grill marks on the cooked food. I finally used these today for fish but they stuck badly. Had to soak them to get it off.
