Bad machine.
The worst machine I ever had. Worst customer service too. Broken parts that I couldn’t return after company deceived me into not returning the machine but ignore the return label and they will send broken part which never happened till I lost my return window. Abs on couldn’t help neither. Machine makes loud sound while juicing. I had an old one still working for 5 years now. This one is scrapped metal.

MACHINE WAS USED
Product was used, dirty and scratched. Stay away from this product if you are looking for something new. Machine is very noisy and oranges get stuck all the time.

No warranty
Beware these machines are made in China and they do not honor the warranty. I bought one of these last year and it broke soon after. Trying to get warranty service or just anyone to help me out was impossible. I got the run around for weeks and finally gave up. They advertise a 1 year warranty but that is just a scam.

PARTS BROKEN
ALLL of the parts broke after using it for a couple of months. And I cant even find the parts to replace them! Horrible.
