I had decided to create an at-home summer camp for my 5 year old since we won't be able to send her to one this year what with the concerns of public health safety. I wanted to create badges for her to earn (star gazing, hiking, backyard camper, etc) but when I looked up badges I was shocked at how expensive they could be. So I decided to create bottle cap badges and ordered these pins. They are a hair too big for the inside of the bottle cap, but turned around they work perfectly against the front of the cap. They are big enough that my munchkin can manipulate the pin safely and the needle is stiff enough that I don't worry about it falling out from the clasp. They are very well made and I'll have plenty leftover for future projects!

I use many different pins from different manufactories for many years. These pins works good. To address some complains about that they are not sturdy - BASE of the pins is some what thin and easy to bend by hand, BUT the pins itself and locker are very durable and the ens of the base, after it attached to a brooch, are durable (not bend while the pin is used). I think, it is plus that the base is a bit thinner because after you sew it on a brooch, it is easier to hide it, easier to work with a pin, and it doesn't matter much after it attached.

They are basically as advertised, but the needle piece is very weak, and bends easily, but also wobbles and jiggles a TON when unhooked. I used them to hold of a piece of armor made of foam, onto a costume. I only had to pin it through cheap pleather and a couple layers of interfacing. It went through the pleater with almost no problem, but the needle almost bent going through even 1 layer of the interfacing. I've seen sturdier ones, but you won't know how good any are that you get until you buy them, so I don't know what else I could say there. Still decent though. Not that bad.

I've been making DIY pins using these. I even fixed some pins with broken backings by breaking off the broken backing and gluing one of these on instead. I use Fabri-Tac and it sticks to the metal very well.

I ordered these to use them to change the type of bar pin on my nursing school nametags. The ones that were already on them do not stay closed anymore. They are the other kind of closure, the round turning kind. They are awfully hard to use, so I got these and will attach them using uv resin. Looking forward to using them to make jewelry peices as well. Thank you so much and they arrived fast. Will possibly order from this store again, depending on my needs.

I bought these to add a second option on how to wear badge reels that I make. They have been great so far. No complaints.

Products were nicely packaged. It comes in a container and nicely seal bag. The pins are sturdy and none came broken. I highly recommend this product and I will definitely be ordering more in the future. I used them for boutonnières.
