Wonderful if you have a sore on your gum, it definitely will cut down on the pain very quickly. If you have a toothache, it does the same.

The Most Effective
I’ve tried everything for tooth pain and this liquid is the only thing that actually works and it works really quickly too. I’m not sure if it absorbs better than the gel because it’s a thinner consistency, but it’s like magic. All it takes is a drop on your finger and within seconds of touching your gums, they’ll be numb.

This stuff works great for mouth pain. It last longer than most gels. I would recommend it over anbesol.

Using for cracked tooth
I have a painful cracked tooth and I simply can NOT afford to see a Dentist living on social security. Yes it's painful but we do what we have to do, I don't have thousands of dollars for a root canal, can't even afford extraction at this time. This works fairly well, I just keep applying it when needed.

Great addition to a first aid kit
Bought this to add to my first aid kit. It has great shelf life and can be used topically as well for dental applications. Tend to go with items that don't have storage issues.
